At mental level, it gives calmness, increases the capacity to think and at emotional level it enhances the feeling of well-being, reduces anxiety and increases the self image.

Fully clothed massage can be given on a massage table or on a specially designed chair for the purpose of relaxation. Whatever massage you give one must adhere to the code of ethics. The price of the massaged depends on the duration of the massage. Above that special care and attention to be given for injured people, infants, pregnant ladies, elderly and the ailing people.
